4. Starting AI Automations
From Contact Details
Go to Contacts → Select Contact
Scroll to Automations
Click + Add
Choose desired Workflow
Select schedule (Now or future date)
Click Add
From Contacts Smart List
Select contacts via checkboxes
Click the Automations icon
Confirm selection → Ok, Proceed
Choose Workflow
Select delivery method: Now, Scheduled, or Drip (for >40 contacts)
Click Add to Automation
From Conversations
Go to Conversations → Select Contact Conversation
In right pane, open Active Automations dropdown
Click Add New Automation +
Select Workflow
Schedule timing
Click Save
